Intermountain Community Banker Doris Brown is passionate about working one-on-one and face-to-face with her customers, sometimes over several generations.

In this fast-paced world, many people have lost interest in really hearing and understanding others. I like to help my customers relax and take all the time they need, whether they’re talking about their last vacation or their most critical financial matters. I want their banking experience to happen at their pace, whatever that may be. When one of my customers refers a friend or parent for financial planning, or brings in their child to open a first account -- that’s my definition of success. I’m proud to earn the trust of so many wonderful people.
